Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Conditions for Returns:
- You are eligible to return most products purchased on The Aaze Mart within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. You can request a return by clicking this link.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Items must be in the same condition as they were received, without any damage or alterations.
- For most pin codes, we provide a reverse pick-up option. You will have to ship the product(s) yourself if the pin code is unserviceable for our courier partners due to the reverse pick-up policy.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is received damaged or defective.
Exchange:
- While we are currently unable to offer product exchanges, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item that doesn’t quite fit or work for you.
Order Cancellation:
- Unfortunately, we do not currently offer order cancellations once your order has been placed. This means that once you confirm your order and payment is processed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
